My Offerings- How CCC can work with you
Every organisation, team and community is different — so I don't believe in starting with an off-the-shelf solution.
You might come to CCC with a clearly defined brief. Or you might simply know that something feels stuck, relationships need attention, different perspectives need bringing together, or an important conversation needs to happen.
We can start there.
Through relational facilitation, organisational and team development, co-production, participation, training and creative engagement, I design support around your people, context and what you're trying to achieve.
Please see examples of the work I can support with below.
My Core Principles

RELATIONAL
Relationships are part of the work, not separate from it.
I pay attention not only to what needs to be achieved, but to what is happening between people — trust, communication, connection, power and group dynamics. Stronger relationships create greater capacity for honest conversations, collaboration and meaningful change.
TRAUMA-INFORMED
How people experience the process matters.
People enter conversations with different experiences of organisations, relationships, power and participation. I pay attention to choice, transparency, inclusion, accessibility and psychological safety, creating conditions where people are more able to participate, contribute and remain engaged.
PARTICIPATORY
People should help shape the things that affect them.
I design processes that enable people to actively contribute their knowledge, ideas, professional expertise and lived experience. Participation isn't simply about being invited into the room — it's about having meaningful opportunities to influence what happens
These principles shape the methods I use — facilitation, co-production, coaching, training, workshop design and creative engagement — but they are bigger than any particular method.
They influence how I listen, how I ask questions, how I design a process, how I hold different perspectives and how I help people move from conversation towards action.
